The 2004 Pittsview, Alabama Do-Nanny Folk Art Festival, as always, was a big hit for collectors and artists
alike this year. The weather was bright, sunny and warm !!. Frank was the most kind and gracious host Frank has been the friend and patron of starving artists for years. Every inch the Southern Gentleman, he has helped many an artist along the way.(Floria included) Below you will find some photos I took of the various artists we met at the Do-Nanny. Phil Kiser Beautiful Appalachian Glass Art Phil creates works of art using antique plates, mason jars, recycled mirrors and vintage glass. He uses hundreds of hand cut pieces of glass carefully laid together to catch the light for a breath-taking image.
